Above the sparkling Mediterrannean Sea, in St Paul de Vence, we will sip chilled Bandol wine after enjoying the colors, sites, and landscapes that inspired Matisse, Kandinsky, Chagall, Picasso, and Leger among others. Stroll through the Foundation Maeght, galleries and museums of Nice and explore the charming hillside villages.

Amid pear orchards and lavender fields of Provence, we will relax with wines from the Chateau Neuf de Pape region after following in the footsteps of VanGogh and Cezanne. Our base will be near Avignon. We can visit the 14th Century Papal Palace, and we can take in the festival of the arts before departing for Spain.

On the drive to Barcelona, we visit Nabonne, Perpignan and Figueres, the birthplace of Salvador Dali. Highlights of our time in Spain include the Museum of National d' Art Cataluyna, Fudacia Joan Miro, and the Picasso and Gaudi Museums. We will conclude our time together in Barcelona.
